I have been working in the marketing industry for 7 years, specialising in CRM Marketing. This is an interesting industry where you can be working on several different campaigns, from direct mail to email and mobile marketing, creating engaging, aesthetically pleasing material across all channels. Whilst ensuring customers experience a good customer journey. So this is where my passion for all things creative started!
